On the road: Nina and Stacey in Somerville

It was a hot and humid summer evening when Stacey Sacks, my “eyes and ears,” joined me on my culinary path to sample and explore new restaurants. We landed at Sarma in Somerville, Mass.

The knowledgeable waitress helped us choose a variety of dishes that reflected the breadth of Sarma’s exotic cuisine! She served the adjacent table with the same pace and casual, down-to-earth presence. Each dish was a masterpiece of spices that deftly offered a sumptuous craving that left us asking for more.

Certainly, the first forkful that passed our lips created an irresistible moment that we savored and will be remembered long after our exit!

Complete satisfaction is guaranteed at the end of each course. Never measure the dishes by their size because even the smallest dish offers a richness that surpasses the largest of portions.
